Return Policy and Procedure
Please read carefully before submitting your order. By ordering from ShopTasneen.com, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please exit our site. Please print this page and retain for your records.
- Your satisfaction is our goal! If you are unhappy with your purchase (excluding final sale items) and would like to return an item, it is mandatory that you contact us by email first – for a Return Authorization Confirmation within 3 days of receiving your item. Please include your Order #, Name, Phone Number, and nature of the problem. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you within 1 business day to offer you a refund or replacement. Any unauthorized returns that are received will not be accepted and discarded. Items returned without a Return Authorization Confirmation will not be refunded.

- Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges. The exchange cost will be requested through Paypal as an invoice. If the request for funds isn’t paid within 2 days ShopTasneen.com will not mail out your exchange.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Please DO NOT return your item to the return address on the package. You will not receive a refund for items sent back to the manufacturer or anywhere other than our address.Returned items must reach us within 30 days of receiving a Return Authorization Confirmation for a refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days of receiving a Return Authorization Confirmation are not refundable or exchangeable. Item must be UNWORN and clothing tag must be attached. Item must be in new, re-saleable condition.We will NOT accept a return if it smells of smoke, perfume, or any other odors, regardless if the item has been worn or not. Shipping charges are not refundable in any circumstances.For your protection, please insure any items that you return to us and retain your shipping receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or returned items that are lost in transit or do not reach us.If all conditions are met, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 10-30 business days for your refund to appear on your account after we process your return.
- The item that I ordered does not fit, how can I exchange it for the size that I need?
If you would like to exchange an item, it is mandatory that you contact us by email first – for an Exchange Confirmation, within 3 days of receiving your item. We will happily exchange your item for another size or even a totally different item of equal or lesser value. After getting an Exchange Confirmation simply send it back in, unworn condition, free of perfume,smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After an item has already been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again or returned again. If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item the difference is non refundable. If we do not have your item(s) in stock at the time we receive your item(s) back we will offer you a refund of the item(s) purchase price (shipping is non-refundable- we can not hold items for pending exchanges).
- Will you contact me quickly if an item in my order is out of stock?
- Free ground shipping is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges, meaning that if you return a portion of your order and your order total goes below $75.00, the ground shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on the returned item.
- Shipping: We ship primarily by USPS Priority Mail and on occasion by UPS Ground from Michigan. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please supply a street address. If you refuse delivery of your order, a return shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged to your credit card. By ordering from ShopTaseen.com you agree to this policy. This fee is charged to us by the shipping company to return the order. In addition, refused shipments are not eligible for refund or exchange. This also applies to deliveries that were not picked up by the customer and returned to us.If you no longer want your order, you must contact us through email, within 1 hour of placing your order and follow our return guidelines to receive a refund. Please make sure that you have a secure area for the shipping carrier to leave your package if you are not at home at the time of delivery, as all items will be delivered without a signature required. Please notify ShopTasneen.com in advance if you wish to have a “signature required” upon delivery. ShopTasneen.com is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen package once it is delivered by the shipping company (UPS, Fedex, US Postal Service, etc.). If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, please contact us prior to your purchase and we can arrange that with the shipping company. There is an additional fee of $3.00 per order for “signature required” service, if you so request it. This fee is charged to you because we are charged that amount by the shipping company for this “optional” service.Shipments that are non-deliverable due to incorrect and/or incomplete shipping address supplied by you, the customer, will result in an additional shipping charge of $10.00 to attempt re-delivery. We are not responsible or liable for replacement of your order if you give us an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Delivery Time: We ship Monday-Friday only. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to insure that we will be able to meet your request. ShopTasneen.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer. ShopTasneen.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates if requested, but ShopTasneen.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
