• What are the details for your Free Shipping offer?

All U.S. orders $75.00 and over ship for free by ground service!

Free ground shipping can not be applied to previous orders. Orders must total at least $75.00 in one order (before tax and shipping fees) to qualify. Valid for a limited time. Shipping fee and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase. Subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges, meaning that if you return a portion of your order and your order total goes below $75.00, the ground shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on the returned item.

• What happens if I “refuse” delivery of my order?

If you refuse delivery of your order, a return shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged to your credit card. By ordering from ShopTasneen.com you agree to this policy. This fee is charged to us by the shipping company to return the order. In addition, refused shipments are not eligible for refund or exchange. This also applies to deliveries that were not picked up by the customer and returned to us.If you no longer want your order, you must request a Return Authorization Confirmation within 3 days of receiving your item and follow our instructions to receive a refund.

• What if an item in my order has a defect when I receive it? What do I do?

We do stand by our products, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, and it has not been worn, we will REPLACE that item with the exact item and size and credit your account for return shipping, provided that you notify us within 3 days of your delivery date.

ALL ACCESSORY ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

Clothing is thoroughly checked before shipping for defects. If a defect is present, we will exchange the clothing item for the same clothing item and size only, no refunds. If an item has sold out and is not available, a merchandise credit will be issued, refunds will not be given for accessory purchases.

We are not responsible or liable for replacement of your order if you give us an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Shipments that are non-deliverable due to incorrect and/or incomplete shipping address supplied by you, the customer, will result in an additional shipping charge of $10.00 to attempt re-delivery.

Yes. Please make sure that you have a secure area for the shipping carrier to leave your package if you are not at home at the time of delivery, as all items will be delivered without a signature required. Please notifyShop Tasneen.com in advance if you wish to have a “signature required” upon delivery. ShopTasneen.com is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen package once it is delivered by the shipping company (UPS, Fedex, US Postal Service, etc.). If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, please contact us prior to your purchase and we can arrange that with the shipping company. There is an additional fee of $3.00 per order for “signature required” service, if you so request it. This fee is charged to you because we are charged that amount by the shipping company for this “optional” service.
